Silver Carriage was founded by Taylor, who spent years as an EMT and ambulance driver in and around Sonoma and Marin County. Ride after ride, one thing became obvious: people who didn't need an ambulance still deserved transportation that was just as careful, trained, and dependable — and too often, they weren't getting it.
So Taylor acquired the training and the equipment to do it right, and Silver Carriage was born: a local company built around one simple rule — treat every client like they're one of our own parents.
Today, that means new wheelchair-accessible equipment, unhurried door-through-door service, and a level of communication that families and care facility staff can count on.
